OpenDocs is a local-first document viewer. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect when you use it.
Summary
OpenDocs does not require an account and does not collect or share personal information as part of its normal document-viewing features. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Documents and local app data
Documents you open are handled on your device. The app may keep local references and reading history so that you can continue using the app. OpenDocs does not upload your documents to an OpenDocs server.
Sharing and other apps
If you use the system share sheet or choose to open a document in another app, iOS transfers the document according to your action and the receiving app’s policies. OpenDocs does not control or receive the data handled by those apps.
Optional author support
OpenDocs includes an optional author-support link that can request an image from the VietQR image service. If you choose to use it, that service may receive normal technical information such as your IP address under its own policies. The feature is not required to use OpenDocs.
Children’s privacy
OpenDocs is not designed to collect personal information from children, and the app does not knowingly collect such information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its privacy practices change. The effective date above will be updated with any revision.
