Common things to try
- Open the document again from the Files app or the app that shared it.
- Check that the document is fully downloaded and that another app can open it.
- For a spreadsheet or structured data file, try a smaller copy if the original is very large.
- Use the system share sheet to send a document to another compatible app when you need a different workflow.
What to include in a report
Tell us the OpenDocs version, iOS version, device model, document format, and the exact steps that led to the issue. A short screen recording is helpful when the issue involves navigation or sharing.
Please remove names, addresses, credentials, and other sensitive content before attaching anything.
